Cultural talks

Julius Karia our community liaison officer or Harrison Nampaso the manager of Governors’ Camp are available to give talks to guests on Maasai culture and our community work. Both are natives of the Masai Mara having grown up in villages where interaction with wildlife was a part of everyday life.

Their talks include; a background of Maasai culture and customs, including their dress, diet, dance, food and ceremonies, as well as information regarding our community work; including support given to the local primary schools, health care centre and our monthly food drives during COVID19.
