Governors’ Camp now has seven properties located throughout Kenya, and these properties all combine to make great safari itineraries around the country.

In the Masai Mara we now have five award winning safari camps. Each camp has its own unique style and character. Little Governors’ is a small and intimate camp with a stunning location around a small lake that teems with both wildlife and bird life. Governors’ IL Moran is located in the prime game viewing area of the Mara and is a stunning camp ideal for honeymooners with extra large tents and huge unique olive wood beds.

Loldia House is an old traditional settlers farmhouse located in the Great Rift Valley, on the shores of Lake Naivasha. It is only a two-hour drive from Nairobi, and a perfect place to start you safari in Kenya. It is ideally located to visit the millions of flamingos and abundant rhino resident in the picturesque Lake Nakuru National Park.

Mfangano Island Camp is a stunning property located on the shores of Lake Victoria, It offers fantastic bird watching and fishing opportunities. There is also the possibility to experience the colourful Luo culture in fishing villages along the lakeshore. Only a thirty minute flight from the Mara, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of your safari holiday in Kenya.
